Health, Safety and Environment Policy Statement of VZA COMPANY INC.

VZA COMPANY INC is committed to managing Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and maintaining effective safety culture throughout the entire period of performance of contractual obligations.

 This policy applies to:

• All employees and contractors performing work by the order or on behalf of the company; and
• All visitors to company premises.

 Our statement of HSE Policy is to:

• Maintain safe and healthy working conditions in order to prevent occupational injuries or harm to employees’ health, and environmental damage.
• Comply with the requirements of current legislation, regulations and other requirements in accordance with the obligations undertaken.
• Provide adequate control of HSE risks and undertake proactive approach to ensure safe operation.
• Ensure that sufficient resources are in place to manage HSE.
• Conduct adequate training and briefings, consult with company and contractors’ employees on HSE matters.
• Work steadily and purposefully to improve HSE performance and provide reports.
• Review existing HSE practices within the company in order to improve working conditions at workplaces.
• Review and revise this Policy if necessary.

 This Policy will be actively communicated to all employees, contractors and visitors.
